Design Consultation
This meeting aims to answer your personal design questions about color, furniture and decor selections as well as layout ideas so that you have the clarity needed to make your next step. If you are trying to move ahead with some ideas but are stumped or unsure, I can give you my designer's perspective and knowledge for your unique situation.
The Process:

1. You will receive a questionnaire to explain your design challenge(s). Think quality over quantity to make the best use of our time.
2. A 90 minute session over Zoom, or in person*, and go over your design issues.
3. After the call, you will receive a follow-up email summarizing some of the key points we discussed.

The Price: $250

*for in-person consultations an extra charge for travel will be added.
The Petite and Sweet
A bespoke design process through which I will get to know you, your specific space and your design needs. This package is best suited for a focused area like a single room or space you need designed, refurbished or refreshed. Our meeting can be in person or an E-design done over Zoom. You will first fill out a detailed questionnaire and then we will discuss and clarify in person or over Zoom. You then receive design ideas through concept/mood boards, layouts to clarify the direction for your space and a shopping list of select pieces. Your new design plan will equip you to confidently implement your new design. This package includes 2 weeks of contact by email, after you receive your design documents, for any additional support.

The Petite and Sweet Package Includes:

Initial Online Questionnaire (you will need to provide me with accurate room measurements)

A one hour consultation, in-person* or over Zoom

Concept/Mood Board showing the design direction for your space

Two 2D and 3D layouts, drawn to scale, with furniture placement options and direction for styling your space and a shopping list with select pieces of furniture and decorations to buy as well as specific paint colors and fabrics needed for soft furnishing if needed.

One Revision of moodboards and layouts

Once you receive your document, you will be ready to implement your design!

Email support for two weeks post design for any related questions.
The Price: This package starts at $700 per room and turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.

Styling your space is an optional add-on
*for in-person consultations an extra charge for travel will be added.
The BFF Package
This service is for a full 3 bedroom house size (*see note below). It allows us to meet in person and for me to come see your home. You will be responsible for managing the implementation but I will be there to support you.

The BFF Design Package includes:
- A site visit consultation to discuss your needs and see the space
- A photographic and measured survey (for floor plans)
- Design concept (moodboards)
- Design direction for your spaces
- Colors and ideas for materials, furniture, lighting and key items
- 2D floorplans
- elevation drawings (for lighting placement and custom designed pieces - like custom joinery drawings for storage or a child's bedroom, etc.)
- 3D rendering to help you envision your space
- Shopping list with links to suggested, specific items to be purchased (5 items per room)
- One design revision (included)
- A final design proposal package with finalized details
- At this point you have all you need to bring your design to life! This is the part of the project where you take over.....
- No need to worry now! I will be available by email and text to offer you the support you need as you implement your plans. We can also schedule additional site visits for me to check on the project if required.
*Price may vary depending on size of house and number of rooms included
Additional Services that you may add on to your package:
- Finishing touches - I can return to your property once the decorative work is complete to style your accessories and make it picture perfect.
- Lighting and electrical plans - drawings to show your builder where to place lights and sockets.
The Price: $2,500
(For design consultations I require payment before we begin and for design projects I require half downpayment before work begins and the other half right before final documents are released.)
