My approach to design is rooted in both artistry and real-world experience. I began my career earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts, focusing on oil painting and ceramic sculpture, and spent a semester studying in Orvieto, Italy—an experience that deepened my appreciation for timeless materials and thoughtful craftsmanship.

After graduating, I worked for five years as a professional furniture finisher, restoring antiques and creating custom finishes using a wide range of techniques. This hands-on experience shaped my attention to detail and understanding of how materials age, wear, and endure over time.

Since moving to the Pacific Northwest more than 15 years ago, I’ve expanded my experience through work in health sciences as well as in tile, stone, and lighting design showrooms—giving me a well-rounded perspective on both aesthetics and functionality.

Today, I specialize in kitchen and bathroom design, combining creative vision with practical knowledge of construction and materials. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Olympic Peninsula, I create spaces that feel grounded, calm, and connected to their surroundings. My work focuses on designing environments that not only look beautiful, but support daily living and long-term comfort.
